Shoreview Moving Supports the 2026 Philadelphia Heart Walk
On Saturday, October 24, 2026, thousands of walkers met at Citizens Bank Park for the American Heart Association's 2026 Philadelphia Heart Walk. The Shoreview Moving crew was there too, handling the logistics behind the scenes so the event team could focus on the walkers.
Our Role: Moving the Event From Start to Finish
Shoreview took care of moving all of the event's promotional materials and setup equipment, from start to finish:
- Pickup: Our crew loaded everything at the AHA's office in downtown Philadelphia.
- Delivery: We drove it all to Citizens Bank Park and unloaded it in time for event day.
- Return: After the walk, we went back, picked up every item and brought it all safely back to the AHA office.
An event this size runs on timing. Signs, displays and equipment have to arrive on schedule and in good shape, and they have to come back the same way. That's the same care our crew brings to every commercial and office move.
A Partnership Built on Teamwork
We always enjoy working with Jon Blitzer and the AHA events team. We've built a strong relationship with them over time. When both teams know each other and work well together, event day goes smoothly and without stress.
The Best Part of the Day
The highlight was the energy at Citizens Bank Park that morning. Thousands of people came together for heart health, and the whole place felt like one community. Moments like that make every early-morning load-in worth it.
Why Shoreview Supports the American Heart Association
Community is at the heart of what we do at Shoreview. Supporting the American Heart Association fits our commitment to giving back locally and promoting wellness. It also lets us help power events that save lives and fund critical research right here in Philadelphia.
Thank you to the AHA, to Jon and the events team, and to every walker who came out to Citizens Bank Park. We're proud to have been part of it, and we're already looking forward to next year.
